It looks like this new Board is complying with Florida Statutes that require notice of all Board meetings. This is a very promising first step. Here's the notice that was sent by email:
"There will be a meeting of the Summerplace Board of Directors on Sunday, December 17, 2006, at 5:00 PM at the home of David Courage, 1820 Barefoot Place East, in Summerplace. It is open to all members of the Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc."
It has been 2 months since the December 17th Board Meeting. Why haven't the minutes been distributed to the members?
