Chediak's septic drainfield is located just 25' from the seawall and poses a serious threat of sewage leaching from this home's 5 toilets and additional waste from this house onto our beach and into the ocean.

The Chediak building permit was issued and based on a submitted site plan that is contrary to the Summerplace recorded plat plan, the property's deed, and County tax records.
